solivagance's terms of service.

    GENERAL

  • The Customer may not Purchase from the Creator when under the age of 18.

  • The Creator has the right to reject any request or Customer.

  • When Purchasing is complete the Customer takes full responsibility of any content made with the asset.

    CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • If the Customer has a problem with anything in regards to the Purchased, the Customer is expected to inform the Creator, so they can find a solution with the Customer.

    • The Creator is willing to change their terms for the Customer if the Customer asks prior to purchase. This may include fees that are dependent on the request.

    USAGE

  • The Customer is prohibited from using the art for anything related to AI or NFT, if The Customer does so, The Creator will blacklist them from any further Commission.

    • The Customer is allowed to post anything made with the product publicly on all social media platforms they desire so long as credit has been given to the Creator.

    The Asset may not be used to create any 18+ materials unless purchased under the monetized content License.

    REFUNDS

  • All Sales are final and no refund will be issued.

    • If the Customer is receiving a refund, do not request a chargeback. The Creator will transfer the money back to the Customer themself.

    If the Customer requests a chargeback at any point when the Customer was not allowed to ask for a refund, the Customer will lose aforementioned rights to the Asset. The Creator will decline the chargeback and supply the bank with their Terms of Service Agreement as evidence that the Creator has supplied the Asset.

    Furthermore, the Customer will be blacklisted from any other purchased from the Creator.

If the Customer breaks any of the points stated above the Customer will lose aforementioned rights to the Commission to the Creator Solivagance, and the Creator will have the rights to profit further from the Commission in any way they see fit. If the Customer has a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with the Creator prior to Start of Work.
